Role title: Software Development Engineer - specialist in Layer 1 software 2G/3G mobile phones
Department: Customer Support
Reporting to: Manager, Customer Support
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Number of years experience:
- At least 5 years software development experience of layer 1 2G/3G mobile phones
- Customer training experience would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing Icera’s Layer 1 software for 2G and 3G systems and for supporting major customers in software development and customization
- Developing customer training documentation
- Delivering training to customers
- Technical resolution of Layer 1 software issues
- Supporting the marketing team

Based at: Sophia Antipolis
Percentage of travel: 10-15%
