Role title: Software Development Engineer - Protocol Stack Specialist
Department: Customer Support
Reporting to: Manager, Customer Support
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Number of years experience:
- At least 5 years 2G or 3G protocol stack software development experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing Icera’s chosen protocol stack offerings for 2G and 3G systems and for supporting major customers in software development and customization
- Providing technical responses to network operator requirement (RFI) in relation to protocol stack offerings
- Developing training documentation
- Delivering training to our customers
- Resolving protocol stack issues
- Working closely with the marketing team

Based at: Sophia Antipolis
Percentage of travel: 10-15%
