Role title: Senior Planner

We are currently seeking an experienced senior planner to join our young and start-up team. This position requires significant experience in fabless semiconductor environment. As a planner, you will plan, schedule and coordinate production in an outsourced manufacturing environment. You must be a true team player, a problem solver, and committed to customer service and systems.
This is a rare opportunity; you will join the team at an opportune time. You will help define, select, and implement an ERP system for the entire corporation.

Key responsibilities:
- Participate in sales forecast process and turn it into wafer, assembly and test starts
- Product supply planning, scheduling and shipping
- Co-ordination of supply and purchase activities with wafer, assembly, and test suppliers
- Report on performance against plans
- Determine and maintain inventory level that support corporate targets
- Support on-time delivery, cost, and quality objectives
- Manage production flows and inventory
- Handle customers complaints and RMA’s
Ideal skills and relevant knowledge:
- Extensive planning experience with a fabless semiconductor company is desirable
- Ability and experience to communicate with suppliers in Asia and Europe
- Experience in dealing with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and quality
- Extensive skills in operation of a major ERP system and general computer skills
- Bachelors degree in business is preferred
- Experience in quality activities and document control is a plus
- BS or BA in a relevant field.
