Leave the M4 at junction 20 (M5 South), stay in the left lane and immediately exit the M5 at junction 16 (A38 Filton / Bristol).
At the roundabout bear left (1st exit) onto the A38 direction of Bristol and Aztec West. At the next roundabout turn right (3rd exit) into Aztec West Business Park.
In the business park at the first roundabout turn right (3rd exit) and then at the next roundabout turn right (3rd exit) into The Quadrant.
At the next roundabout turn right and 2520 The Quadrant is the first building on the right hand side.
From the M5
Exit the M5 at junction 16 (A38 Filton / Bristol) and then follow the direction as above.By Bus

From Nice airport
From Nice airport follow the directions to the A8 motorway.
Enter motorway (west bound), and take the Aix/Marseille direction
Continue along motorway for about 20km and leave at the Antibes/Juan les Pins Exit.
The exit is just after the long upward hill, and immediately BEFORE the lane of toll booths which continue to Aix/Marseille. Exit the motorway, keep to the LEFT and follow the signs to Sophia Antipolis.
Go up the hill for about 6km. Stay on the main road (don't take any of the roads turning off to the right that lead into different parts of Sophia), until you reach a large round-about, "Les Bouillides"
There bear to your right and enter the site of Sophia Antipolis. Then, follow the signs marked "Mediathel".
Continue for about 50m, the entrance to "WTC 1" is the first turning on the right
N.B. It's quite difficult to find your way around Sophia, but there are several points in the area where you have access to maps and directions. - Japan
