Vice President Human Resources

Sonia is responsible for all human resources functions at Icera worldwide. She has over 20 years experience of devising and implementing human resource strategy in the semiconductor and technology sectors, with a strong track record of building, developing and facilitating teams across all levels of business in multiple locations and regions.

Sonia joined Icera in 2006 as Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2010. Prior to joining Icera, Sonia headed human resources at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation in France, a US headquarted semiconductor company. From 1999 to 2005, Sonia was Director of Human Resources at Criston Software (formerly Metrix Systems) in Sophia Antipolis. Previous experience includes the Banque de Luxembourg. Sonia is fluent in four languages and is based in Sophia Antipolis, France.
